If you are using Norton (Symantec) Firewall, you may well experience problems with the navigation on this site. To remedy these problems, it will be necessary for you to modify the Ad Blocking part of the firewall and clear out your temporary internet files.
Firewall
Open up the Norton Firewall by double clicking on either of the Norton globe icons that appear in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.
This should bring up a Status & Settings screen with a message of System Status and a list of the utilities.
Ad Blocking being switched on causes the problem. We recommend that Ad Blocking is switched off and all other settings are left switched on while visiting the Chelsea Intermediary site.
Click on Ad Blocking, a yellow box should appear in the Item Details section on the right. The options will be Off or Configure, you should choose Off. The Ad Blocking will now appear as Off in the main list.
This will have no impact on other security settings you have set unless you modify them.
You can now minimise Norton Personal Firewall.
Browser
So that you can now see the changes, you will need to clear out your 'Temporary Internet Files'. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, the following guide will help.
From the menu bar choose Tools > Internet Options.
On the General tab there will be a section called 'Temporary Internet Files'.
Press the 'Delete Files' button, then tick the delete all offline contents box and press OK and then OK again.
Refresh your screen by pressing F5 or the refresh button and the previously hidden sections should appear.
For all other browsers (Netscape, Firefox etc), please refer to your software documentation.
Once you have finished viewing the Chelsea Intermediary site you may wish to turn Ad Blocking back on. To do this, simply reverse the process for Firewall above.
