The Yorkshire and Chelsea building societies merged on the 1st April, creating a second major force in the building society sector. The enlarged Society will be known as the Yorkshire Building Society, and Chelsea will continue to operate as a separate brand within the Yorkshire Group.
As a result of the merger, a review has taken place of current products, submission requirements and lending criteria. Mortgage products are currently being distributed through the following selected partners:
