The facility to submit Full Mortgage Applications (FMAs) on-line has been introduced. To do this, select the ‘New FMA’ button that appears on the Client Summary and Client Review pages.

If you have completed a previous DIP or KFI for your client(s), the Full Mortgage Application form will already contain previously entered details to save you time. However, you must check that this pre-completed information still applies.

Once the on-line form has been submitted, you will still need to send in the signed application form (that needs to be printed off) to your usual Underwriting and Processing Centre.

Please note that the following restrictions currently apply for on-line FMAs:

If you are a packaging introducer you will not be able submit the form electronically but you can still complete the details on the form, then print off a completed application form to send to your usual Underwriting and Processing Centre.
