Following the implementation of the ICOB rules on the 14 January, many brokers are finding how much more time consuming it is to sell Buildings and Contents and ASHU insurance.

If you have the required FSA insurance permissions then we are able to accept introductions from you and make payments for selling subsequent General Insurance sales. A new scheme has been launched that enables us to share our insurance commission with you.

Under the terms of the scheme, Chelsea not only take the strain off the sales and compliance process but you receive an enhanced procuration fee.

• If a Chelsea combined Buildings and Contents policy is sold then we will make you a payment of £60 following completion.
• If a Chelsea ASHU policy is sold then we will make you a payment of £50 following completion.
• If both policies are sold, then you could earn £110.
